We drove in from a few hours away in Pennsylvania to East Hanover Powersports yesterday to buy my wife’s very first motorcycle, a 70th Anniversary Edition Yamaha R3. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Our salesman, Landon, was exceptional from start to finish. We told him exactly what we were looking for early on, and he truly worked with us to help my wife pick the best possible bike for her. He took the time to answer every single question we had with complete patience. What blew us away even more was how he treated our daughter. Even though she wasn't the one getting a bike, Landon made her feel like a genuine part of the process and answered all of her questions, too.If you've shopped around, you know most dealers charge a massive premium and mark up these special 70th Edition packages. Not Landon, and not East Hanover Powersports. They didn’t mark up this bike one extra dollar. It was the most honest, fair pricing I have seen in all my years of buying motorcycles. There is still hope for humanity. If you want honest, not always good, but delivered right and confidence. Then this is the place. We have had more than a few rides with different places. This is the old school we know what we are doing and if not, hell we are gonna get it figured out. Communication is A+ Billing simple. No BS. It’s not free if that’s what you want. But for us they need to make a living and be motivated to want to do this. Personally no issue with our bill. Still confident 3+ weeks later. Thanks again.

Had a great experience buying my Yamaha XSR900 from Hanover Powersports. Dan and the team were straightforward, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. (Shoutout to Dan! He is great to work with.) Negotiating a fair deal was simple, and communication was clear from start to finish. After I placed my deposit, we scheduled a pickup date, and when I arrived, the bike was fully prepped and all paperwork was ready to go. I spent less than 10 minutes in the finance office, and the entire delivery process was seamless. The team made taking delivery of my new bike incredibly easy. Went here for my first service on my KTM 990 RC R. Awesome experience. I had to wait for the bike and they actually wrapped it up a bit earlier than expected. Got to talk to a few of the mechanics, real down to earth folks. Id go here over motorcycle mall any day of the week. Enjoyed my experience a lot. Will be going here for my KTM stuff moving forward.
